The collision occurred sometime between 7 and 7:30 a.m. on Fort Meade Road near Liberty Valley Road as the bus was heading to Maryland City Elementary School, Anne Arundel County Public Schools Chief Communications Officer, Bob Mosier, told Daily Voice.

None of the three students on board were harmed, Mosier said.

The students were reunited with their families following the crash, and the school worked with the bus contractor to get another bus to pick up the students that had other stops on the route.

The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
